The flyer in the post for Maydit Trade Services mentioned that they did all kinds of work so I checked out the website & read some of the references other clients had written, I was impressed so I gave Lance a call. When he came to give me a quote he also gave me excellent advice, he was open, honest & knew what jobs were required to add value to the house. The work began on time & went smoothly with the big job of painting inside & out being finished earlier than estimated & all jobs completed on time to an excellent standard. My house sold very close to the asking price only 1 week after it was listed! An excellent result!
